What changes by location is not our availability but the tax regime, the security registration and the seasonal cash-flow pattern your payment schedule should match.
What actually changes from one province to another?
Three things. Sales tax — HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, GST plus PST or RST on the Prairies and in British Columbia, GST plus QST in Quebec, GST alone in Alberta and the territories. Security registration — a PPSA personal property registry almost everywhere, RDPRM publication under the Civil Code in Quebec. And seasonality — harvest, breakup, fishing seasons and ice-road windows decide whether level monthly payments make sense at all.
Can you work in French?
Yes. Documentation is prepared in French for Quebec files, where French-language paperwork is how deals actually close rather than a courtesy, and bilingual files are routine on either side of the Ottawa River as well.
