What we finance, and who funds it
We arrange shipping container financing through major Canadian banks and specialised leasing institutions. Standard and high-cube containers, portable storage and site offices, modified and insulated units, and the handling equipment and delivery trailers that move them all qualify. New and quality used containers both work, and a fleet purchase can be financed as one package rather than unit by unit. Operators adding to a fleet they already own outright can use sale-leaseback to free up cash for the next batch.
An asset that holds its value
Containers depreciate slowly and resell readily, which is a meaningful part of why they finance well. The structure can be set against the unit's real service life rather than an aggressive schedule, keeping payments close to the rent the container produces. Terms flex with how the unit will be used: a storage container sitting on a customer's yard and a modified unit working on a job site are not the same asset.
Growing the fleet without stalling the yard
Container businesses stall when every new unit has to be paid for out of last quarter's rent. Financing lets the fleet grow with demand instead of behind it, while working capital stays available for delivery capacity, yard space and the modifications customers pay a premium for. Applications above $250,000 require financial statements; below that, the paperwork is lighter. Request a quote with the units you have in mind, and we come back with real terms.
