What we finance, and who funds it
We arrange plumbing and underground service equipment financing through major Canadian banks and specialised leasing institutions. Hydro excavation and vacuum trucks, jetters, cameras and pipe inspection gear, trenchless lining and pipe bursting systems, service vans and their fit-out packages, and locating, coring and specialty tooling all qualify, new or used. A van and the shelving, racking and equipment that make it a working service unit can be financed together rather than as separate purchases.
Trenchless capability is a different business
Lining and pipe bursting let a contractor replace a lateral without opening a driveway, and that single capability moves a company out of competing on hourly rate and into work priced on the disruption it avoids. The systems are expensive and the training is real, but the margin on trenchless work is why most operators who finance it do so once and then expand. It is the clearest example in this trade of equipment buying access to a better class of job.
Emergency work pays well and arrives unscheduled
A meaningful share of plumbing revenue is unplanned: a backup, a break, a flood. Serving it requires capacity sitting ready, which is capital held against work that has not been booked yet. Financing keeps that readiness affordable instead of forcing a contractor to choose between a second truck and the cash buffer the business needs to survive a slow month.
Municipal and commercial contracts change the file
Contractors holding municipal flushing, inspection or maintenance contracts have something a lender values highly: scheduled, recurring, documented revenue. Those contracts can support longer terms and larger packages than residential service work alone. Applications above $250,000 require financial statements. Send the equipment list and the work it serves, and we structure it around the contract rather than the calendar.
