What we finance, and who funds it
We arrange laundromat equipment financing through a network of major Canadian banks and specialised leasing institutions. Commercial washers and extractors, stack and single-pocket dryers, dry cleaning machines and finishing equipment, payment systems and full store build-outs all qualify. New equipment from a distributor and quality refurbished machines both work, and an entire store can be financed as one package rather than machine by machine. Operators buying a first location can use startup structures built for that situation.
Equipment that runs sixteen hours a day
Commercial laundry equipment is rated for continuous duty and still wears on a schedule, and the economics are unforgiving: a dead dryer on a Saturday sends that day's customers to a competitor they may not leave. Replacing machines on a plan rather than on failure is the difference between a store that holds its traffic and one that bleeds it. Financing is how most operators do that without draining reserves.
Utilities, water efficiency and the cost per load
Newer washers use measurably less water, gas and electricity per load, and in a business where utilities are the largest operating cost after rent, that gain is the case for the upgrade on its own. Those savings show up against a predictable monthly payment rather than a lump sum. Applications above $250,000 require financial statements; below that, the paperwork is lighter. Request a quote with the store you have in mind, and we come back with real terms.
