What we finance, and who funds it
We arrange landscaping equipment financing through major Canadian banks and specialised leasing institutions. Zero-turn and stand-on mowers, skid steers and compact track loaders, chippers, stump grinders and aerators, dump trailers and crew transport all qualify, new or used, from a dealer or a private sale. Mixed packages are normal in this trade and can be financed together instead of piece by piece. Crews adding a second or third unit mid-season can use sale-leaseback on equipment they already own outright to free up cash for the next one.
Seasonal payments, because the season is the business
Payments can follow the revenue rather than the calendar. Seasonal structures concentrate payments in the cutting and construction months and lighten them through the quiet ones, which matters more in this sector than almost any other we finance. Terms flex with how hard the machine will work: a mower on a commercial route hours out far faster than the same machine on residential lawns, and the structure should reflect that.
Replacing worn units before they cost you a contract
Grounds care runs on uptime. A deck failure in July costs a route day that cannot be made up, and crews quit over equipment that fights them. Financing is how most operators keep the fleet current without draining reserves ahead of the season. Applications above $250,000 require financial statements; below that, the paperwork is lighter. Request a quote with the equipment you have in mind, and we come back with real terms.
