What we finance, and who funds it
We arrange fuel and tanker equipment financing through major Canadian banks and specialised leasing institutions. Fuel delivery and cardlock trucks, stainless and aluminium tank trailers, propane and pressurised vessels, vacuum and water haul units, and the pumps, meters and metering systems that make a load billable all qualify, new or used. Tractor, tank and metering package can sit on one structure, because a tank without a certified meter cannot sell what it carries.
Certification cycles drive replacement, not odometers
Tank units are retired or rebuilt on inspection and recertification schedules as much as on mileage. A vessel approaching a major requalification is a planning event with a known date, and financing is how most operators handle it without a surprise capital call. Structures can be set so a rebuild or a replacement lands where the certification cycle says it will, rather than where the cash happens to be.
Seasonal demand, year-round fleet
Heating fuel and propane peak in winter, agricultural fuel in seeding and harvest, water haul in drilling and construction season. The fleet that serves those peaks sits underused in between, which is a cash-flow shape rather than a business problem. Seasonal payment structures match the schedule to the delivery season so the quiet months are not carrying a peak-season payment.
Insurance, compliance and what the file needs
Lenders in this class look closely at carrier safety standing, the dangerous-goods certifications behind the operation and the insurance in place, because those determine whether the asset can legally earn. We tell you which of those documents the file needs before it is submitted. Applications above $250,000 require financial statements; smaller units carry lighter paperwork. Give us the unit, the product it hauls and the territory it runs, and the terms come back priced for a regulated fleet.
